On the other hand, just to think of it even a grade 1 student can easily understand this, how come you (RONALD) alleged that he rent the place? In the truth and the fact was there was a Deed of Sale of the said parcel of Lot and lastly how come there was an Original Certificate of Title on Ivan possession? RENT IS DIFFERENT FROM SALE...HOW CAN EJECTMENT prosper from this?

We are the sorters in SBSC Plant, we all here staying at Dumpsite are we testimony to happing at Oct.14, 2013 inside of the plants. At the time we don’t have duty because its holiday and nothing electric power, just finished the storm, we saw Pres.Nucum, Vice Panlaqui, Manager Rod Deang and Robert Ranzette that he is a manager before entered inside the plant. We saw them with loader and forklifts released in the afternoon and they also sold steel.

We much worse because we keeping the Dumpsite.

Tomorrow Oct.15, 2015 we kept out of the gate and Pres.Nucum arrived around 9am and were followed canlas company and bob ranzette. And Major Palma, procedures came, we said, Major block all releases from the dumpsite.

Mayor Palma talked to us to stay clam and relaxed,and Pres.Nucum he conduct a meeing. So all of us set inside the building and Pres. Nucum (tell us) / demand that all of us are in need to sell Machine/Equipment and othe things that are vawable. For him to have a budget for compensation/salary and seperation pay and also 19th month pay for workers. And he promised that he will give all of those,if they will let and approved to be sold those Equipments from that dumpsite.

On that night, angry people attacked dumpsite and destroyed all it. We wrote this as a prove a that we are the witness to all what happened on dumpsite. And prove that Pres. Nucum, Bob Ranzette & Rod Deang are the person who released and sell those Equipments. We are also witness that Major Pama is the one to prevent someone be injured or get hurt. who stop to those people that are destrying machines and Equipments. And it is clear that Major Palma is not invole on what happened inside the building. We signed a stated information, event as proof that all are truth.

Because of the promise of Pres. Nucum we agred that the buyer will pay us on the location so truth we know how much money we already have. We continue to destroy everything out. And those are good to be sold out. The buyer wait them out and those things like chair,table and others Pres. Nucum just give those wants to us.

Around 1pm they provide us our paycheck,wich is being distributed by Pres. Nucum and they said payment is on good for 1 month. After that we brought all those destroyed things/machines to different type of vehicle including the vehicle of canlas family.

The people get mad because Pres. Nucum did not do his promise they've told us how much money they earned from those things that they get. They always told us that they will know everything from Major Palma. But when Major Palma is being accused that he brings of all things including aircon,and all od the things inside the office because they saw him going out with them he's just kept silence. they even shouted the guard to open the gate. The guards saw the crowd that they are mad the group of Nucum the guard's also followed Nucum and Major Palma closed the gate.
